Pravir Vohra representing ICICI Bank, Ram V Chary representing Metavante Investments Mauritius and Mohit Bhandari representing Aranda Investments (Mauritius) Pte on the board of directors of the company have resigned as directors and the following Shashwat Goenka, Haigreve Khaitan and Subrata Talukdar were appointed as directors of company in the casual vacancies arising out of above resignation with effect from December 05, 2012.
