Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, we hereby inform that, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by all the designated person including their relatives of the Company shall remain close from 1st January, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter/Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021.
