After the Election Commission of India banned physical rallies till January 15 in the five poll-bound states in wake of the Covid-19 surge across the country, the Congress is gearing up to conduct virtual rallies. Green rooms will also operate from the residences of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. The party will also use social media platforms like, Twitter Facebook and Instagram for digital campaigns. The party will pay special attention to the content of the digital rallies.
