Aurum Proptech has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries namely ‘Aurum Softwares and Solutions’ and ‘Aurum RealTech Services’. The wholly owned subsidiaries are yet to commence its business operations and have received certificates of incorporation dated on January 7, 2022.

Aurum Softwares and Solutions has incorporated on December 1, 2021. Aurum Softwares and Solutions shall carry on the business of consultancy and development of computer software and other information technology enabled services. Aurum RealTech Services has incorporated on December 6, 2021. Aurum RealTech Services shall carry on the business of providing workspace solutions, incubation, business planning services and so on through usage of information technology.

Aurum Proptech provides information technology services. The Company offers proprietary software solutions, IT consulting, application development, systems integration, application management outsourcing, testing, data warehousing, and business intelligence services.
