In furtherance to its intimation dated January 12, 2022 regarding its wholly owned subsidiary Cocoblu Retail (Cocoblu) which intends to start online retail business on E-commerce platforms, RattanIndia Enterprises has informed that Cocoblu has entered into an Agreement with Amazon Seller Services to be an online seller. With this, Cocoblu is ready to commence operations on Amazon India Marketplace. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at https://www.rttn.in.
