HEG has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2022, to consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. Further, the closure of Trading Window for the purpose of Trading in the Shares of the Company has already been in operation with effect from 1st January, 2022 and shall remain closed till 11th February, 2022. The Trading Window will open on 12th February, 2022.
