Further, as per the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the company has already been closed from 01st January, 2022 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results made public.
