The Company enclosed the soft copy (in pdf version) of the letter of offer dated 19th January 2022 of the Company in relation to the Buyback Offer ('Letter of Offer') for information and records. The Buy-back offer will open on Thursday, February 03, 2022 and will close on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. All terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms under the Letter of Offer.
