Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Regulation 82(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Reliance Industries has informed that it attached Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, issued by Axis Bank, Monitoring Agency, appointed to monitor the utilisation of proceeds of the Rights Issue of the Company. Out of the total funds received and transferred to monitoring agency account till December 31, 2021, Rs 5.19 crore was held in the monitoring agency account and was yet to be utilized. The balance amount of Rs 52,865.42 crore has been utilized for the objects as stated in the Letter of Offer for Rights Issue of the Company dated May 15, 2020.
