Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Parenterals has informed that the Company /RTA has received a request from the shareholder regarding loss of his/her Share certificates. The particulars of loss of share certificates are attached. In this regard, Adroit Corporate Services, RTA of company has verified-the details and had informed the shareholder the necessary procedure for issue of duplicate share certificates. After receipt of valid documents, the Share certificates will be issued within the statutory time limit.
