Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Investor Relations and Finance Committee of the board of directors of the company on December 10, 2012 has allotted 2778 equity shares under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 2778 Shares shall rank pan passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased from 11,35,27,121 to 11,35,29,899 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1,13,52,98,990.
