With reference to its letter dated 7th January, 2022 intimating the convening of a Board Meeting on 1st February, 2022. Further to the same, under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has informed that the Board at the same meeting will be considering payment of an interim dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022 on the outstanding equity shares of the Company.
