Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals has received an approval for investment of up to Rs 3 crore in Inovent Solutions subject to 60% of the company’s paid up capital and free reserves, towards expanding its digital and eCommerce activities. The board at its meeting held on December 10, 2012 has approved for the same.
Inovent Solutions offers end to end eCommerce Services to large number of brands either directly or through leading ecommerce platforms. The investment shall be made in single or multiple tranches and by way of equity shares in Inovent Solutions.
Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals manufactures various products like 3,4,5 TMB Methyl Easter, ChloroPropiophenone etc, including the following ones as ‘specialty’ products.
