HIL has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, January 27,2022, considered, approved and declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 20 (200%) per share of face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2021-22 and fixed Wednesday, February 09, 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to the members of the Company, as on the Record Date of February 09,2022, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.
