With reference to its intimation dated January 11, 2022, 3i Infotech has informed that due to certain exigencies, the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, January 28, 2022 to consider and approve the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 has been postponed and will now be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Further, in continuation to its disclosure on closure of Trading Window dated December 30, 2021, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons (‘the Code’), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till Friday, February 11, 2022.
