Caplin Point Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022, to consider and approve, the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. This intimation is being given in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As informed earlier through its letter dated December 28, 2021, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from January 1, 2022 to February 5, 2022, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
