Precision Electronics trades in green on the BSE

Precision Electronics is currently trading at Rs 16.10, up by 0.25 points or 1.58% from its previous closing of Rs 15.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 16.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs 16.10 and Rs 16.10 respectively. So far 125 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 29.75 on 25-Jun-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs 14.01 on 24-May-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 17.00 and Rs 15.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 22.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.62% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.08% and 25.30% respectively.

Precision Electronics has received an approval for sale/transfer/assign/deliver or otherwise dispose-off the company’s land and building located at D-10 & D-11, Sector 3, Noida. The board at its meeting held on November 09, 2012 has approved for the same.

Precision Electronics is engaged in the business of design and manufacturing, marketing and selling of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Telecom Transmission Equipment. The company’s products find scope in industrial electronic equipment manufacturers, telecom service providers and are used by PSUs like BSNL, MTNL, besides other Govt. client like Ministry of Defence, Home Affairs, Airport Authority of India, Oil Companies etc.
