His resignation will be effective from close of business hours on 31st January, 2022. The Board of Directors of the Company upon recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee has appointed Kalpesh Dedhia, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 1st February, 2022.
