With reference to its previous intimation given on 30th December 2021, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares, the trading window for dealing in securities of the of the Company for all directors, officers, designated employees, Key Managerial Personnel and designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company, remain closed till 13th February 2022.
