In reference to letter dated January 28, 2022, regarding intimation of the date of the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on February 04, 2022, S&S Power Switchgear has informed that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company as per Ind AS for the quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2021 has been postponed and is re-scheduled to be held on 11th February, 2022.
