A copy of the unaudited financial results, as approved by the Board of Directors are enclosed along with a copy of the 'Limited Review Report', received from its Statutory Auditors, Mehta Singhvi & Associates on the said Unaudited Standalone Financial Results. The meeting concluded at 2.45 pm.
