Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Western Ministil has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th February, 2022 in the corporate office of the Company at 163-164, Mittal Tower, ‘A’ Wing, 16th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with other reports for the quarter / nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'Designated Persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
