January 28, 2022 and February 02, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 29, 30 and 44 of the Listing Regulations, Bharti Airtel has informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the members of the Company will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at IST 03:30 pm through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA'), to seek the approval of the members on the proposals as provided in the enclosed EGM Notice, including the issuance of equity shares of the Company on preferential basis.
