Further, in connection to the above, trading window for dealing in shares of the Company was closed for the designated persons, connected persons and their relatives as defined in the Code of conduct under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, from 1st January 2022 and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of results.
