Members of the Company have been provided the facility to exercise their right to vote on the resolutions proposed to be passed at the EGM by electronic means. Members who hold shares as on the cut-off date Wednesday, February 23, 2022, may cast their vote by remote e-voting ore-voting at the meeting. The remote e-voting period commences from Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 09:00 am and ends on Tuesday, March 01, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
