Indo Tech plans to borrow Rs 10 crore for working capital requirements

Indo Tech Transformers has sought for board approval for borrowings from Bank of America NA, to the extent of Rs 10 crore for working capital requirements. The board meeting was held on December 12, 2012 for the same.

Indo Tech Transformers is a prominent player in the transformer market in India, manufacturing power and distribution transformers up to 100 MVA/220 KV. The company is having four manufacturing facilities spread between Palakkad in Kerala, Thirumazhisai & Kancheepuram in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
