Aurum Proptech’s board has approved the acquisition to effectively hold 53% of the share capital of Grexter Housing Solutions (Grexter), a SaaS platform Company focused on Rental Management in Real Estate, for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 26.70 crore. The investment is in line with Aurum PropTech’s strategy to create an integrated digital and technology ecosystem focused on complete value chain of Real Estate. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on February 07, 2022, has approved the same.

Aurum Proptech provides information technology services. The Company offers proprietary software solutions, IT consulting, application development, systems integration, application management outsourcing, testing, data warehousing, and business intelligence services.
