ACC has received an approval for payment of technology and knowhow fees to Holcim, Switzerland at the rate of 1% of the net annual sales of the Company with effect from January 01, 2013.
The company’s board gave the approval for the same at its meeting held on December 13, 2012.
ACC is India’s foremost manufacturer of cement and concrete. The company’s operations are spread throughout the country with 14 modern cement factories, more than 30 ready mix concrete plants, 20 sales offices, and several zonal offices.
