Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 11, 2022: To consider, approve and take on record the Un- Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021 and To Consider declaration of 1st Interim dividend, if any to the equity shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2021-22. Further, it has informed that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 18 February 2022. As intimated vide its letter dated December 31, 2021; the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Saturday January 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021, the trading window shall remain closed upto Sunday, February, 13, 2022.
