Dodla Dairy has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 20 January 2022 decided to seek the consent of the Members of the Company by way of special resolution through the Postal Ballot process for appointment of Vinoda Kailas (DIN:09104308) as an Independent Woman Director of the Company. The Board of Directors have also appointed Sridevi Madati, MNM & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, who has given the consent to act as the scrutinizer, for conducting the postal ballot process.
