Bharti Airtel, a leading global telecommunications company has unveiled ‘Call-Me-Back’ SMS service which ensures that the telecom company’s customers are always connected. This unique service will allow a prepaid user to get a call-back from another Airtel number whether it is prepaid or postpaid in case of insufficient balance.
In order to avail the service one has to text CALL and send it to 121, and expect a call from his/her dear ones. Besides, there is no charge to customer for this service, and the call-back will be as per the customer’s plan rate. Also, both the customers can be a local, STD number, or be in national roaming.
Further, the customers can avail this service when the balance in prepaid account is below Rs 1 and can be used up to 3 times in a day.
