In accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (LODR Regulations), Savant Infocomm has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Standalone unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter /nine months ended 31.12.2021 which has been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today at 02.00 pm in the corporate office at Mumbai. The company has also enclosed a copy of the Independent Auditor’s Review Report of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results for the aforesaid period issued by Krishnan & Giri, Chartered Accountants dated 11.02.2022, being the statutory auditors of the Company. Further, the extracts of the results shall be published in the newspaper in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
