Capital First trades in green on the BSE

Capital First is currently trading at Rs 194.50, up by 0.95 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs 193.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 192.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 204.80 and Rs 191.20 respectively. So far 55471 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 234.80 on 29-Nov-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 101.60 on 19-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 218.00 and Rs. 185.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1335.30 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.73% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.76% and 53.51% respectively.

Credit Analysis & Research (CARE) has assigned ‘AA+’ rating to the Capital First’s Long term banking facilities for an enhanced amount of Rs 4,500 Crore (enhanced from Rs 2,250 crore) and Rs 1050 Crore Non Convertible Debentures, respectively. Further, the credit rating agency has assigned ‘A1+’ rating to the Company’s Short term Debt
