Shikhar Consultants has informed that due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on 13th February 2022 of the Company for considering and approving the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015 has been postponed to 14th February 2022.
