Burger King India raises Rs 1402.10 crore through QIP

Burger King India has raised Rs 1402.10 crore through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and allotted 10,84,80,018 equity shares face value of Rs 10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 129.25 per Equity Share including a premium of Rs 119.25 per equity share which is at a discount of 5% (i.e. Rs 6.80 per Equity Share) to the floor price of Rs 136.05 per equity share. The Fund Raising Committee of the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2022 has approved the same.
