Through SAP Commerce Cloud, the company is reimagining its customer journeys across different persona types and digitally transforming the customer experience including providing a single view of BPCL’s products, programmes and offerings to its various customers for their personal and business needs, creating seamless processes for customer on-boarding, ordering, payments, fulfilments etc. across omni-channels like mobile apps, websites etc. Additionally, the company will get a single view of customers across 6 business lines with ability to cross-sell, upsell and build customized products and services for customers.
BPCL is into exploration, production and retailing of petroleum and petrol related products. The retail business unit of BPCL is into marketing of petrol, diesel and kerosene.
