In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Corporation at its meeting held today February 23, 2022, approved allotment of 3,73,855 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Corporation under distinctive numbers 1811512111 to 1811885965 pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees of the Corporation. Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs 362,37,71,930 consisting of 181,18,85,965 equity shares of Rs 2 each. The Meeting of the Allotment Committee commenced at 2:00 pm and concluded at 2:20 pm.
