Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Suzlon Energy has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Sunday, 27th February 2022 to, consider and approve the issuance of securities of the Company to the lenders by way of preferential issue or private placement or any other method permissible in terms of the applicable regulations and as the Board may deem fit, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Further, it has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 24th February 2022 till Tuesday, 1st March 2022 and shall re-open on Wednesday, 2nd March 2022.
