Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, AGS Transact Technologies has informed that, CRISIL Ratings has withdrawn the credit rating of CRISIL A+\Stable issued by it for the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 550 Crores issued by the Company since the said NCDs have been fully redeemed by the Company.
