Credit rating agency, India Ratings & Research has assigned the new rating of ‘A1’ for commercial paper (CP) programme of Shoppers Stop worth Rs 50 crore. The earlier rating was ‘A1+’.
Further, the rating agency has also assigned the new rating of ‘A1’ for short term debt programme of the company worth Rs 50 crore. The earlier rating was ‘A1+’.
Shoppers Stop is engaged in the retailing business. It runs a chain of departmental stores with brands including Shopper’s Stop, Home Stop, Crossword, Cafes and Restaurants etc.
