Further to its announcements dated February 2 and 8, 2022, on the acquisition of German medical cannabis firm Nimbus Health GmbH by its subsidiary Reddy Holding GmbH, Dr Reddys Laboratories has informed that the acquisition has now been completed. Nimbus Health GmbH is now a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company with effect from February 24, 2022. The required details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’) read with the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, as already disclosed to the exchanges on February 8, 2022, are enclosed as an Annexure to this intimation.
