Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, Vodafone Idea has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 3 March 2022, to consider and evaluate any and all proposals for raising of funds in one or more tranches by way of preferential allotment, private placement, including a qualified institutions placement or through any other permissible mode and / or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of equity shares or by way of issue of any instruments or securities including securities convertible into equity shares, Global Depository Receipts, American Depository Receipts or bonds including foreign currency convertible bonds, convertible debentures, share warrants, and / or nonconvertible debentures including non-convertible debentures along with warrants, which may or may not be listed. Further, in terms of Regulation 9 of the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations and the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons in listed or proposed to be listed securities of the Company (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons under the Code forthwith and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting of the Board till 5 March 2022. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall reopen on 6 March 2022.
