Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the Company has received Intimation on 25 February 2022 for loss of shares from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies for loss of shares / issue of duplicate share from shareholder as per details are attached. The Company will issue the letter of confirmation in lieu of original share certificate as required by SEBI vide its circular dated 25 January 2022.
