NOCIL has informed that, pursuant to the Company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2007’ as Amended, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee have allotted 6,350 Equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each on 25th February,2022 to the Senior Management Personnel of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs 188.35 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 26th March, 2018. The company has attached the details of the Company’s Equity Share Capital before and after the issue of 6,350 Equity Shares as aforesaid.
