With reference to its letter dated February 9, 2022 intimating about the change in Key Managerial Persons (KMP), resignation of Bharath R Sesha as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and appointment of Rajender Juwadi Rao as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. The company had in its intimation indicated that the effective date of change would be from the date of completion of transition plan. Further to the above, Solara Active Pharma Sciences has informed that Bharath R Sesha is getting relieved from the services of the Company with effect from February 28, 2022 and Rajender Juwadi Rao will assume charge as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 1, 2022.
