With reference to its announcement dated December 16, 2021, on proposed acquisition of 100% stake in Nourrie Saúde e Nutrição Animal ('Nourrie') through Alivira Saúde Animal, Brazil, (erstwhile known as Evance Saude Animal Health), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Sequent Scientific has informed that the said transaction has been completed. On completion of the said transaction, Nourrie has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Alivira Saúde Animal and consequently of the Company. A press being issued by the Company is also attached.
