Tantia Constructions, Wipro and HCL Technologies to see some action today

Tantia Constructions  has received a Letter of Acceptance for a bid value amounting to Rs 42.19 crore from South Eastern Rly, SER-CONST-HQENGG against a contract work for 'Construction of Major Bridge Nos. 234 (5x12.20m Composite Girder) at Km: 205.398, 235 (9x18.30m Composite Girder) at Km: 206.45, 238 (3x12.20m Composite Girder) at Km: 208.754 and 239 (2x12.2m+2x18.30m Composite Girder) at Km: 209.367 in between Basta and Rupsa including Foundation, Substructure, Superstructure and other misc. works in connection with proposed 3rd line between Narayangarh - Bhadrak section of S. E. Railway. Estimate No.1792W/2019', vide letter of acceptance dated March 01, 2022.

Wipro has launched its ‘Cloud Car’ platform, which will be unveiled during the Engineering the Cloud Car Ecosystem panel at MWC Barcelona. HCL Technologies has announced opening of a centre of excellence in collaboration with IBM to jointly offer network modernisation technology to telecom companies. The centre is a virtual hub to develop offerings designed to help telco clients transform their networks, including telecom companies core, vRAN (virtualised radio access networks), ORAN (open radio access networks), private networks, edge modernisation and 5G labs.

KPI Global Infrastructure has successfully commissioned new capacity of 1.72 MW (DC) in its existing solar power plant at Bharuch in Gujarat. The additional capacity of 1.72 MW (DC) was commissioned under Independent Power Producer (IPP) category for Organic Industries, Dahej against their Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) capacity.

Mukand has executed an Agreement for Sale (AFS) for the sale of land of the company admeasuring around 47 acres situated at Kalwe and Dighe, in Thane district for a consideration of Rs 806.14 crore. Of this, part consideration of around Rs 161.23 crore, (being a sum equivalent to 20% of the sale consideration) is required to be deposited by the purchaser as earnest money deposit, in an escrow account, within 7 days of execution of AFS. The aforesaid sale is subject to fulfilment of certain conditions precedent by the parties.
