In continuation to its letter dated December 22, 2021 regarding the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from ‘Cameo Corporate Services’ to ‘Purva Sharegistry (India)’ and to comply with the provisions of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Growington Ventures India has informed that the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 02nd March, 2022, accordingly all the formalities for change of RTA have been completed.
