Hatsun Agro Product has received approval from board of directors for sale of Ready to Eat (RTE) business to Naga for consideration of Rs 25 crore by way of transfer of all the assets of the RTE business (excluding the Land and Buildings, Crates and Cans). The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on March 09, 2022 has approved the same.
Hatsun Agro Product, India's largest private sector dairy, sells liquid milk under the brand name Arokya, ice creams under the brand Arun Icecreams, and a wide range of dairy products under the brand Hatsun.
