Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs 362,39,23,348 consisting of 181,19,61,674 equity shares of Rs 2 each. The Meeting of the Allotment Committee commenced at 1:45 pm and concluded at 2:00 pm.
